MinnSNOWta Roof Razor® will be responsible to ship to the shipping address provided by the customer upon check out. Please note that the customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. MinnSNOWta Roof Razor® will in no way be responsible for any claims that arise when customer provides an incorrect shipping address. Customer will be responsible for any issues that arise after an incorrect shipping address is provided & goods are shipped out. Our liability ends as soon as an order ships out after which it automatically transfers to the buyer, or, in case of damage that occurs during transport to the shipping company.
Delivery Delays
Please note that severe weather or conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery delays. UPS does not guarantee shipping delivery times that are missed because of bad weather.
In-Transit Time and Shipping Policies
Orders normally ship either the same or the next business day. For calculating delivery, in-transit time starts the day after your order is shipped and is based on business days (M-F) only.
Shipment Notification and Tracking Number
You will receive an email with tracking information the evening your order ships when shipped by UPS. From this email you can track the status of your order. Orders shipped by Spee-Dee and USPS Mail will not receive a tracking number.
