International Shipping
If you are ordering from outside the United States, please read the following very carefully. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to contact us.
1. Because of the paperwork involved and the work we do to insure we ship at the best price possible while insuring your order can be tracked, your order may not ship until the next business day.
2. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
3. Your country may have import duties or taxes (such as European VAT taxes) that are due on your order when you receive it. We have no way of knowing what these costs will be, we do NOT include those fees in your order, and you are responsible for these fees. If this is a concern, please check with your local customs/postal official before ordering. NOTE: We are required by law to include a commercial invoice with all international shipments, and we cannot reduce the dollar value on your invoice or mark your package as 'gift'.
4. Because of the weight and size of the Roof Razor® and the need to be able to track our orders, we ship almost exclusively by UPS. In many countries, UPS charges a brokerage fee to clear your package through customs. We do not collect, control or recieve any portion of this fee - it must be paid to UPS at the time of pickup. In some countries, you may avoid this fee by collecting the order yourself at at the customs office in the same town as the UPS depot where your shipment is being held.
